Nothing Fancy Here, Just Some Funny Sitcom
Moments
Time and again I run across
articles about the benefits of laughter. The same goes
with the up and coming Laughter Yoga which is, as Dane Cook put
it, "Swiffering" the nation. There's a ton out there that
tells you laughing is good for your health,
but little about how to laugh. Therein lies the
rub.

Not that I feel I’ve had more awkward moments than anyone
else, but I just received an email with some funny
observations which I thought might translate well into a
newsletter. Going in no particular order (while trying
to cover a wide variety of areas) I’ll start with being on
the golf course just
yesterday.

or nephew, or a grandchild, by working toward a closer
relationship with a child; observing their playtime and
laughter…sooner or later, it’ll catch up to
you.

In an average day, how many times do you laugh? I mean really
laugh hard?
Probably not very much, right? I would argue that most don’t
have a good belly laugh (you know, the type where you can’t
stop and you stomach hurts after) more than once a week, if not
once a month. This is sad.
