Nothing Fancy Here, Just Some Funny Sitcom
Moments
Time and
again I run across articles about the benefits of
laughter. The same goes with the up and coming Laughter
Yoga which is, as Dane Cook put it, "Swiffering" the
nation. There's a ton out there that tells you laughing
is good for your health, but little about how to
laugh. Therein lies the rub.
I can
spout off about this or that which I think is funny, but
because humor is so subjective, it's very difficult to for me
to be an "expert" in the eyes of many.
Instead
of telling you how I think one should laugh, I simply
contend that there are those times when one should stop,
take a break, and go find what it is that makes them
laugh.
In my
case, I love sitcoms. Specifically, Two and a Half Men
is my favorite on the air today. I put together
a few links (just click on them) to some moments from my
top 5 sitcoms which I hope you will enjoy.

take a break, and find some clips on Youtube that do.
It's well worth 5-10 minutes of your day.
